The Backup Gateway 2 is designed to sit alongside your Tesla Powerwall, enhancing energy management and monitoring, focusing on solar self-consumption, time-based control, and backup functionality.

In Backup mode, it efficiently manages the grid connection, automatically recognising power outages and ensuring a smooth switch to backup power. The Backup Gateway 2 communicates directly with your Powerwall, enabling you to track energy usage and control backup energy reserves conveniently through the Tesla app on any mobile device.
