Northern Powergrid refused our first choice of battery backup (Tesla), but Purelec were quick to suggest a Givenergy system as an alternative.
After a considerable wait for the battery to be delivered (at a time of high demand!)
Purelec fitted a 9.5Kw battery and a further 2.4Kw solar array to our existing 4Kw system.
This was fitted in a very professional manner with all cabling etc., neatly done. The team were extremely friendly and communicated well. We then asked for an additional 5.2Kw Givenergy battery which was duly fitted and the entire system works well.
Very pleased with the end result. Would recommend Purelec and their engineers.
